This is just a way of keeping track of things that may be worthwhile bringing up in a town hall meeting, next time I make it to one. Feel free to add your own or discuss.

Address for Dock

It would be nice to have an address for the dock that we could give out to be able to receive shipments. What's the street number and postal code for the dock? Or the parking lot?

As well, a sign on the fence with the address would help. Maybe also the captain's phone number for inquiries about shipping things and notification when things arrive.

Fire Hydrant Maintenance

I've noticed that the fire hydrants are getting rusty on their threads. Do the hoses still connect easily? Might be worthwhile coating the threads with plumbers grease to stop them from rusting.

Also, should do a test of all the fire equipment to see if the hoses still work, if the aerosol horn cans still work, etc.

Wires in Trees

Does Hydro-Québec do tree maintenance or is it our responsibility? I've noticed some trees growing around the power lines in a maple tree cluster at #25. For that matter, one of our maple trees is also getting close to the wires. I've attached pictures of the tree and ingrown wires, and the maple tree cluster.

Leaky toilet in the women's bathroom at the pool, though I didn't notice the sound today.

Sunset path. There's a road between chalet 8 and 9 (runs along the side of 8) that leads to a sunset viewing place, which used to have a bench. Apparently the neighbours don't mind if people use their lawn and seats. Is that still true?

There's a mature buck-thorn tree forest on the road area, which oddly doesn't have much underbrush. Maybe mow a path through it? The Smith family could sponsor a new bench in Betty Locke's name. Of course, the maintenance of a path is much more expensive over time.
